     Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients
2 lbs. Boneless Chicken tenders/halves
4 tbs. Vegetable Oil
1/4 c butter
1/2 c parmesean cheese
3/4 c heavy cream
salt and pepper, to taste
3/4 lb. Rotini
 

Instructions
Heat oil in a 10 inch skillet. Cut chicken into strips. Add salt and pepper. Fry on medium heat until cooked through.
In a Sauce Pan,Melt butter and add cream and parmesean cheese. Cook over low-medium heat, stirring constantly. Do not boil.
Cook Rotini according to package directions. Drain noodles.
Mix chicken and Alfredo sauce together. Put sauce and chicken over noodles.
