     Apple Coffee Cake

Ingredients
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
3 cups flour presifted
1 1/2 t cinnamon
1 1/2 t baking soda
1 t salt
1 t all spice
4 cups slice apples
 
1 cup nuts
1 t pure vanilla
Instructions
Beat eggs, sugar, and oil for 15 minutes
Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda, salt, and all spice. Add sliced apples, nuts and vanilla to egg mixture, the add dry ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes
