Add yeast to water let stand 5 mins. Mix flour, basil, garlic, salt and olive oil, then add yeast and water.
Stir well then knead on floured surface till consistency of chewed bubble gum.
Roll into 1 ball for large/family size pizza or 2 balls for 2 medium sized pizzas. Lightly rub the dough with oil to coat surface, place in clean dry medium sized bowls.
Fill your sinks with hot water, float the bowls in the water and cover with paper towels. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove, roll out to desired size.
Poke gently with a fork to eliminate bubbles when cooking. Top pizzas as you see fit.
