     Smoked Turkey Dagwood

Ingredients
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 t. ground cumin
1 avocado, seeded, peeled, and thinly sliced
1 T. lime juice
8 slices sourdough bread, toasted
16 thin slices smoked turkey (about 8 oz)
8 tomato slices
 
8 slices crisp bacon

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine mayo, cilantro, jalapeno, & cumin. Cover & chill.
In a small bowl, toss avocado & lime juice, set aside.
To assemble, spread mayo over toasted bread. On 4 slices layer turkey, tomato, avocado, & bacon. Top with remaining bread. Slice & serve.
Per serving- 560 calories, 40g fat (8g sat fat), 1245mg sodium, 33g carb, 2g fiber, 21g pro. Daily values- 7% vit A, 34% vit C, 4% calcium, 20% iron.
