     Pork chops with scalloped potatoes

Ingredients
box of scalloped potatoes, including seasoning packet
1 c. shredded cheese
4 boneless pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
French fried onions
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkles scalloped potatoes (keep seasoning separate) in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish (may be able to use a smaller dish). Sprinkle shredded cheese over the potatoes. Place the pork chops over the cheese. Mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, seasoning packet and sour cream. Pour the sauce over the pork chops, covering completely.
Put the pork chops in the oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the frec=nch fried onions over the entire casserole, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
