2 lbs ground beef
|
|
1 envelope of taco seasoning
|
|
1 1/2 cups of water
|
|
1 can of chili beans
|
|
1 can of pinto beans, rinsed and drained
|
|
1 can of corn, rinsed and drained
|
|
1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes
|
|
1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
|
|
1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
|
|
|
|
1 envelope of ranch salad dressing mix
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
In a soup pot, brown beef and drain.
Add taco seasoning and mix well.
Stir in all remaining ingredients.
|
|
|
Simmer, uncovered, about 15 minutes, or until heated through.
Stirring occasionally.
|
|
|
Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
If you use the Scoops chips, you don't even need a spoon!
