2 anchovy fillets
|
|
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
|

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

pinch of sugar

coarse salt
|

ground pepper
|

1 head Bibb or Boston lettuce, leaves separated and roughly torn
|

1/2 cup packed fresh parsley leaves
|

Instructions |

|
In a large bowl, mash 2 anchovy fillets with the
back of a fork.
|
|
|
Whisk 1 ½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon
extra-virgin olive oil, and a pinch of sugar.

Season with coarse salt and ground pepper.
|
|
|
Add 1 head Bibb or Boston lettuce, leaves separated
and roughly torn, and ½ cup packed fresh parsley
leaves and toss to combine.
