Stale Challah, cut into cubes

4 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

4 cups milk

4 tbs. (1/2 stick) melted butter, cooled

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 300. Beat eggs and sugar until lemon colored.
|

Beat in vanilla and cinnamon, then cooled butter and milk.
|
|
|
Pour over bread cubes, pushing down to get all of it covered.
|
|
|
Bake for 1 hour.
