     Never-Fail Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
1 envelope dry yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water (110-115 degrees)
3 1/4 cups flour
1 9 ounce package white or yellow cake mix
1/2 tsp salt
 

Instructions
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water in a large mixing bowl.
Beat in the flour, dry cake mix and salt; do not knead. Place in a greased bowl, turning to coat the surface. Let rise in a warm place for about an hour or until doubled in bulk.
Punch the dough down and divide in half. Roll each portion into a 12-inch circle. Cut each circle into 12 wedges. Roll up each wedge, beginning at the wide end. Place point side down on greased baking sheets. Brush with melted butter or margarine. Let rise, covered, for about 25 minutes or until doubled again.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
