     Egg Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound of sausage
6 eggs
6 slices of white bread (cubed)
1/2 cup chedder cheese
2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
 

Instructions
Lightly grease baking dish. Cook sausage. Slice and place on bottom of greased baking dish.
Beat eggs and add other ingredients. Pour over sausage.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Can be made the day before and kept refrigerated. Great for brunch!
