     Baked Beans Quintet

Ingredients
1/2 pound (10 slices) of bacon
1/2 teaspoon mashed garlic
1 cup chopped bacon
1 can of pork & beans in tomatoe sauce
1- 15 oz. can of kidney beans
1- 15 oz can of garbonzo beans
1- 15 oz. lima beans
1-15 oz can of butter beans
1/2 cup of molasses
 
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1-1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup of brown sugar
3/4 cup of ketchup

Instructions
Saute bacon with garlic until crisp. Set bacon aside and saute onions in bacon fat. Drain exces fat.
Drain all cans of beans, except the pork and beans in tomato sauce. Combine all the beans in a deep casserole dish.
Add the molassess, mustard,worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and ketchup.
Stir in the bacon and onions with some of the bacon fat. Bake in covered dish at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Serving Suggestions
Garnish with onions rings.(Optional)
