Instructions |

Cream the butter, oil and sugar together. Add milk, eggs and vanilla.

Mix well and add flour, cocoa and soda, then stir in baking powder. Add zucchini and mix well.

|
|
Pour into greases and floured 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
|
|
|
|
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool completely before covering.
