Ingredients

	4 slices of bacon
	1/2 teaspoon salt
	3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
	3 tablespoons water
	2 tablespoons water
	4 slices green onions
	Fresh ground pepper


Instructions


Fry and crumble four slices of bacon, Keep the drippings.


Add to drippings and bacon,heat- 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, 3 tablespoons of water, and 2 tablespoons of water.


Before serving, add 4 slices of green onions and fresh ground pepper.




Serving Suggestions

Great over a simple spinach salad.
