     Marinade for Flank Steak

Ingredients
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 bay leaf
 
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Score flank steaks and marinate 3-4 hours, up to overnight.
Grill steaks. Cut into cross-grain strips.
Serving Suggestions
Excellent served with a Bearnaise Sauce and roasted vegetables.
