Measure the first 5 ingredients into a bowl and stir together, with
either, eyether, or neither of the hot peppers.
In a separate bowl mix the liquids together. Beat them.
Pour one bowl into the other and mix until mostly combined, but
not too much, lumps are okay. If the mix it too much the baking
soda will exhaust it's bubble resources and you will have flat,
depressing bread.
Pour into a well greased baking pan (20 cm, square) RIGHT AWAY!
Bake at 350F (180c) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until an inserted
object comes out clean.
