     Caramel Frosting

Ingredients
1/2 c butter
1 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c milk
3 1/2 c sifted powdered sugar (icing /confectioners)
 

Instructions
Melt butter on stovetop in a saucepan. Stir in brown sugar and cook until bubbly. Remove from heat.
Stir in milk and beat vigorously unitl smooth and creamy.
Add sifted powdered sugar and beat by hand until it reaches desired consistency to spread. It will firm up when cooled. Spread immediately.
