Heat oven to 350. Steam cauliflour until it is very soft. Put cauliflour into the blender, add sour cream, butter and spices. Blend well.
Hand mix in 1/4 cup of cheese. Put mixture into glass dish. Put 1/4 cup cheese on top of mixture and place in oven at 350 degrees until cheese melts approximately 5 or so minutes.
Serve hot.
Extra- You can add chives, parsely, chopped chicken or even chopped tomatoes as well. If you add these, hand mix them into the blended mixture, then put cheese on top and place in the oven.
