|
Boil water. Dissolve jello in 1 cup of water. Add thawed strawberries, mashed bananas, drained pineapple, and walnuts if desired. Mix together throughly.

Pour half the mixture into a 9x13 pan. Chill until firm.

|
|
Spread sour cream over entire top of firmed jello mix. Pour remaining strawberry mixture over this. Chill and firm again.

|
|
Cut into large squares for servings.

I serve on a lettuce leaf on my white china. It makes for a pretty holiday salad.
