     Yummy Potato Soup

Ingredients
1 c. finely chopped onions
1 c. finely diced celery
4 c. diced potatoes
2 T. Butter (generous)
2 T. flour
1 qt. of milk (can used canned)
salt and pepper
few drops of Tobasco
 
Instructions
Combine the onions, celery, and potatoes ina minimum amount of water and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Use the remaining ingredients to make the white sauce. When the sauce is thick pour into the kettle with vegetables (do not drain off cooking water).
Simmer until desired thickness.
Serve with freshly grated cheese on top.
