3/4 C. margarine

1 1/2 C sugar

2 eggs

1/2 C sour milk see step 1 below

1 1/2 C mashed bananas

1 tsp. vanilla

2 C flour

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

Instructions |

Cream marg. add sugar gradually and cream. Blend in bananas, eggs and vanilla, add sour milk (1/2 C. milk, 2 tsp. vinegar).

Add dry ingredients, to creamed mix. Fold in nuts. Fill 2 greased loaf pans.Bake @ 350, until toothpick in center comes out clean.
