     Enchiladas

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions (omit if don't like)
1 c. sliced ripe olives
1 lb. can refried beans
8 oz. sour cream (opt.)
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz) can mild enchilada sauce (I like La Victoria)
2/3 c. milk
10 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
 
12 flour tortillas

Instructions
Brown ground beef, then onion. Add refried beans and olives to beef; mix together. Mix soup, sauce and milk together in separate bowl. Spread about 2 tsp. of sour cream and cheese on a tortilla. Add 2 Tblsp beef mixture and roll the tortilla. Place on a greased baking sheet or use 9x13 glass pan. When all tortillas are filled and rolled, than pour sauce mixture over the tortillas ( I can usually get 7-10 in the pan depending on how much I stuff them with).
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake 30 min. at 375. bake for 30 minutes.
