     Pat-Out Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
Cream
1 c brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3/4 c. canola oil
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
Add
1 3/4 c. flour
 
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
Now, add in (and you may need to use your hands...)-
3. c raw oats
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Instructions
Fold into a 15 x 10x 1 greased pan. It's really thick and you'll need to use your fingers. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. While still warm, glaze with-Powdered Sugar (about a half box), milk, 1 t. peppermint extract (use enough milk to make a thin glaze)
