Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and beat with an electric mixer until fluffy. Can serve immediately.
Or....place in a refrigerator container. Cool and cover. Can store for up to 2 weeks. To serve, place desired amount of potatoes in a greased casserole dish.
Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
