     Hot and Yummy Articoke Dip

Ingredients
1 can of Maria's halved articokes hearts
1/2 c of mayo
1/2 c of Romano cheese
1/2 of parmesan cheese shredded or grated
2 garlic cloves minced
salt/pepper/paprika to taste
 

Instructions
In blender or food processor, grate up the artichoke hearts. Mix Artichokes with mayo, romano cheese and parmesan cheese. Add garlic, salt/pepper/ paprika (anything else really). Spread into bake ware and sprinkle top with more parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-30 mins (until bubbly) at 350 degrees
Serving Suggestions
Pieces of sourdough bread or chips.
