Preheat oven to 350. Lightly mist 9x13 baking pan with Pam. In mixing bowl, combine apple crisp, flour, salt and baking powder. In another bowl, cream peanut butter and butter, add sugar and mix. Add eggs. Reduce speed to low, add flour mixture and mix well. Transfer batter to prepared pan.

For topping, in small bowl, mix caramel apple dip and cornstarch. Deposit spoonfuls of caramel mixture and peanut butter over batter. Using a knife, swirl the tow into the batter. Bake 25028 min. Cool completely and cut into bars.
