1 lb. beef stew meat or 1 lb boneless beef chuck, tip or round roast,
1 large onion
4 carrots
4 potatoes
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can tomatoe soup
1/4 red wine
3 cloves garlic - crushed
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Brown the meat.
Cut beef potatoes, carrots and onions a bit bigger than bite size.
Place all ingredients in a roaster and cook 5 hours at 275 degrees in the oven.
If using a crock pot, cook 5-6 hours on high or 10-12 on low.
Adjust the quantity of ingredients equally to number of people being served.
