Mix broccoli and green onions. Right before serving, add almonds.
Mix oil, vinegar and sugar/splenda in a small saucepan. Heat, stirring constatnly, until the mixture begins to boil.
Pour dressing over slaw. Toss all and serve.
Option- Add ramen noodles just prior to adding the dressing. Double the dressing recipe!! Break a package of uncooked ramen noodles into small bits and sprinkle through out the salad. Add the dressing and stir.
