     Argentian Steak

Ingredients
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp water
3 Cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 c olive oil
1/2 c fresh flat leaf parsley
12 oz flank skit/sirloin steak
 
1 bunch scallions
Instructions
To make the sauce, mix the vinegar, water, garlic, salt, pepper flakes, and black pepper. Whisk in the oil. Once blended, whisk is the parsely.
Preheat a grill or gas pan set to high. Season with salt and pepper.
