Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.
Separate the egg yolks from egg whites.Put the yolks into a medium bowl.freeze the egg whites for another recipe.
Whisk the egg yolks for 3 minutes.

Add the condensed milk and lime juice and continue to whisk.
Pour the mixture into prepared shell.Bake for 15 minutes or until center of pie is set.cool completely.

Make the whipped cream by beating the cream in the other bowl with an electric mixer on high speed.This takes about 2 or 3 minutes.DO NOT OVERBEAT.spread a thin layer on top of the pie with a knife or sandwich spreader.

Serve immediately or refrigerate
