     Salmon Party Ball

Ingredients
1 lb. can red salmon
1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 Tbs lemon juice
2 tsp grated onion
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 Tbs snipped parsley
 

Instructions
Drain and flake salmon, remove skin and bones. Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon jiuce, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke. Mix thoroughly. Chill several hours. Combine pecans and parsley. Shape salmon mixture into a ball. Roll in nut mixture. Chill well. Serve w/ crackers.
