Beat butter and cream cheese together until combined. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg, vanilla and almond extracts; beat well.
In another bowl stir together dry ingredients. Add flour mixture to wet mixture; beat until mixed well.
Divide dough in half. Chill in refrigerator about an hour and a half or until dough is easy to handle.
Roll dough to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut with desired shapes and place on un-greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375. Cool, frost and enjoy.
- I usually delete the almond extract and use more vanilla
