1/2 whole-wheat, approximately 6 inches (2 oz) pita bread
3 oz. baked tomato basil tofu
1/3 medium fresh tomato

Chop tofu and tomato; mix together and stuff into pita pocket and serve.

Also Include- 2 cups mixed salad greens
2 tbsp. salad dressing, low fat or nonfat; low sodium
1 1/2 cups cantaloupe
2/3 oz. soy nuts
