2 lbs. browned ground beef

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. sugar
|

1 16 oz. canned stewed tomatoes

1 16 oz. can tomato sauce
|

2 cloves garlic
|
| |
1 cup sour cream
|
|

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
|
| |
6 green onions, chopped tops and all

| |
grated cheddar cheese

Instructions |

Brown beef - then add salt, sugar, tomatoes, tomato sauce and garlic. Simmer for 30 minutes.
|

|
|
Add to meat - sour cream, cream cheese and onions.
Cook noodles.
Combine all and top with cheddar cheese (as much as you want..)
|

|
Bake 35 munutes at 350 degrees.. Can make ahead and refrigate.
