     Never Fail Pie Crust

Ingredients
1 egg
5 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup Crisco
 

Instructions
Beat egg until light. Add to water and vinegar. Combine flour and salt. Cut Crisco into flour mixture
Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients; mix well. Roll out on floured pastry sheet. Place in pie pan.
Bake at 425 for 10 minutes. Reduce to 350; bake for an additional 20 minutes.
