Ingredients
2 loaves of French bread - 2 lbs (cubed)
10-15 oz. raisins
5-1/2 cups whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
7 eggs
1-1/2 sticks Butter
2 oz. Vanilla extract

TOPPING
3 oz brandy
1 lb butter
1 cup & 3 Tablespoons sugar
2 oz vanilla extract

Instructions
Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees
Pour milk on cubed French bread & let is soak in ----- Add remaining ingredients to mixture ----- Hand mix until blended evenly ----- Pour mixture into 9X13 pan ----- Bake until toothpick comes out clean (1 to 1-1/2 hrs)
TOPPING --- Melt butter in small sauce pan. ----- Add brandy, sugar, and vanilla. ----- Pour warm sauce over individual pieces when serving.
