|
| |
1 tb olive oil
|
| |
1 tb sesame oil
|

2/3 cup diced red onion
|
| |
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
|
| |
1 1/2 tsp grated ginger
|
| |
1/2 tsp chili flakes
|
| |
2 tb soy sauce, chardonnay, & lemon juice
|
| |
2 tb red wine vinegar
|
| |
1/4 cup brown sugar
|
| |
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
|
| |
1/4 cup ketchup
|
|

Instructions |

|
|
Marinade- lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and chicken. Grill chicken on skewers.

Sauce- Mix sauce ingredients and heat on medium heat until all flavors blend.
