Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter & sugars, add vanilla, eggs slowly and mix well. Sift flour, soda and salt. Add dry to wet. Fold in white Choc and cranberries, and coconut. Round teaspoons flatten slightly. Cook for fifteen minutes only.
