     Ghos Nu Saag (Meat Curry)

Ingredients
1 ib meat (preferably with bone)
Garlic/ginger 1 tbs each
3-4 potatoes
2-3 tbsp yogurt
2-3 tbsp tomato paste
Fried Onions
1 tsp salt
Kothmiri/marcha paste 1-2 tsp
2 tsp dhana, jeeru powder
 
1/4 tsp harder, gharam masala
2 tsp paprika
A few taj, elchi, laving
Chopped coriander

Instructions
In pressure cooker Heat oil, add taj, laving, elchi, let pop. Add mixture of yogurt, tomato paste and all masalas. Let cook for a few minutes.
Add meat and potatoes. Let it absorb flavor for a few mins. Add enough water to cover the mixture. Bring to boil. Then close pressure cooker. Once whistle begins, reduce to medium heat and cook for 18-20 mins. Then release steam, add fried onions and copped coriander. Cook for a few minutes. Serve with rice or rotli or french bread.
