In pressure cooker
Heat oil, add taj, laving, elchi, let pop.
Add mixture of yogurt, tomato paste and all masalas. Let cook for a few minutes.
Add meat and potatoes. Let it absorb flavor for a few mins. Add enough water to cover the mixture. Bring to boil. Then close pressure cooker. Once whistle begins, reduce to medium heat and cook for 18-20 mins. Then release steam, add fried onions and copped coriander.
Cook for a few minutes. Serve with rice or rotli or french bread.
