     Guacamole Salsa

Ingredients
2 tomatoes, skinned and chopped
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 green chili, halved, seeded and chopped
2 ripe avocados
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsely
juice of 1 lime
salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Instructions
Using a sharp knife, slash a small cross on the top of the tomatoes, then dip them briefly in a bowl of boiling water. The skins will slip off easily. Remove the core and chop the flesh.
Put the tomato flesh in a bowl together with the onion, garlic and chopped shili. Halve the avocados, remove the pits, then scoop the flesh into the bowl, mashing it with a fork.
Add the remaining ingredients and combine will, seasoning to taste.
