1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, drained
2 tablespoons tahini paste
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, crushed
salt and ground black pepper
olive oil and paprika, to garnish.

Put the chickpeas, tahini paste, lemon juice, garlic and plenty of seasoning in a food processor or blender and mix to a smooth paste.
Spoon the hummus into a bowl and swirl the top with the back of a spoon. Drizzle with a little olive oil and drizzle with paprika.
