     Orange Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 t cornstarch
1/3 c orange juice
1/3 c teriyaki sauce
1 T dijon mustard
2 t minced fresh ginger
1 t minced garlic
1 t grated orange peel
1 pound Pork Loin, cut into 2 inch strips
1 T canola oil
 
1 pkg 16 oz frozen japaneze style stir fry veggies
Hot cooked rice

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and orange juice till smooth. Stir in the teriyaki sauce, mustard, ginger, garlic & orange peel; set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, stir fry pork in oil until no longer pink; remove and keep warm. Add veggies to the pan, cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Stir orange juice mixture, add to pan, Broing to a boil, cook and stir for 1 min or till thinkened. Stir in pork. Serve with rice.
