6 ears corn

|
salt

1 cup butter
|

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
|

2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
|

1 cup whole-wheat bread crumbs
|

1 tablespoon chopped parsley
|

Instructions |
|
|
Boil the corn in salted water until tender, tehn leave to cool.
|
|
|
Melt the butter and add the oil, garlic, and black pepper. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish.
|
|
|
Mix the bread crumbs and parsley in another shallow dish. Roll the corn in the melted butter mixture and then in the bread crumbs.
|
|
|
Broil the corn under a high broiler until the bread crumbs are golden.
