     Apple Cake (Palmer)

Ingredients
1 1/2 c vegetable oil
2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 t salt
1 t soda
1 t vanilla
2 t baking powder
2 1/2 c flour
1 c chopped pecans
 
3 c chopped raw apples
Instructions
Mix first 7 ingredients
Add flour a little at a time. Mix well. Then add apples and pecans.
Bake in greased pan.
