     Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground round steak
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 slices of bread finely crumbled
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. allspice
 
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dillweed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. beef bouillon
1 c. sour cream

Instructions
Combine ground round steak, egg, milk, crumbs, onion, salt and sugar with spices; mix lightly.
Shape into small balls; brown in skillet in small amount of hot fat.
Mix bouillon, garlic powder and dillweed; pour over meatballs. Simmer, covered, for 30 min- utes; add additional bouillon, if needed.
Stir in sour cream; simmer until sauce is just heated through.
Serving Suggestions
Serve in chafing dish.
