|
1/2 tsp. paprika
|
|
1/2 tsp. allspice
|

1/4 tsp. nutmeg
|

1/4 tsp. garlic powder
|
|
1 tsp. dillweed
|
|
1 tsp. dry mustard
|
|
1/2 tsp. marjoram
|
|
1/2 tsp. thyme
|

1/4 tsp. pepper
|
|
2 c. beef bouillon
|
|
1 c. sour cream
|

Instructions |
|
|
Combine ground round steak, egg, milk, crumbs, onion, salt and
sugar with spices; mix lightly.
|
|
|
Shape into small balls; brown in skillet in small amount of hot fat.
|
|
|
Mix bouillon, garlic powder and dillweed; pour over meatballs.
Simmer, covered, for 30 min- utes; add additional bouillon, if
needed.

|
|
Stir in sour cream; simmer until sauce is just heated through.
