     Icing for Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients
5 T flour
1 c milk
1 c butter
1 c sugar
1 t vanilla
 
Instructions
Cook flour in milk to a stiff paste. Let cool completely.
Cream butter and sugar and add to paste. Add vanilla and beat until it looks like whipped cream.
Spread between layers of Red Velvet Cake
