     Tunnel of Fudge Cake

Ingredients
1 c butter
6 eggs
2 c self rising flour
double dutch fudge buttercream frosting mix
2 c chopped walnuts
 

Instructions
350 degree oven preheated. Cream butter in a large mixing bowl at high speed. Aee eggs, one at a time beating well after each. At low speed, gradually add flour, then sugar, mixing unil well blended. By hand, stir in frosting mix and walnuts, blend well.
Pour batter into greased bundt pan or 10 in tube pan. Bake 350 degrees for 65 to 70 mins. Cool 2 hours, remove from pan. Cool completely before serving.
Note- nuts and Double Dutch Chocolate Fudge Frosting Mix are essential to the success of this unusual recipe. Since cake has a soft fudgy interior, test for doneness after 65 mins by observing dry, shiny brownie type crust.
