     Marshmallow Frosting

Ingredients
2 egg whites
1 3/4 c sugar
5 T water
20 marshmallows, cut in small pieces
1 1/2 t vanilla
1/8 t cream of tarter
 

Instructions
Put egg whites, unbeaten, sugar and water in top of a double boiler and set it over rapidly boiling water. Beat constantly for 7 mins.
Remove from heat and add marshmallows and beat until they are only partially melted. Add vanilla and cream of tarter. Spread on cake.
If you use an electric mixer, beat for only 4 mins.
