     Meat Pilau

Ingredients
Lamb with bone pressure cooked in garlic ginger salt
Rice
3-4 Potatoes peeled and chopped
Finely chopped onions
Whole jeeru
Laving, mari, elchi, taj
Meat pilau stock cube (optional)
garlic ginger
salt
 

Instructions
Pressure cook meat with garlic, ginger, salt 17-20 mins, save soup
Heat oil, saute onions, adul lasan, salt, jeeru Add double amount of soup/water to rice, and beef stock cube. Let boil
Add rice, meat and potatoes, let boil 2-3 mins Then cover, put on low heat 25 -30 mins
Serving Suggestions
serve with kachumbar, coconut chutney,raita
