Ingredients
1 8 or 9 in baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust
3 egg yolks or 3 egg whites
1 15 oz Eagle Brand Milk
1/2 c Lemon Juice
Yellow food coloring
2 c whipped topping
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees In medium bowl, beat egg yolks with Eagle Brand and food coloring. Pour ito prepared pastry shell.
Bake 30 mins. Cool, Spread with whipped topping.
